Border walls are being built around the world, and no country is sheltered from a potential spill-over of discourses pushing for harder border security measures, including walling off the international divide. In this panel, participants share their research focusing on borders in Africa and Asia. What are the security apparatus being implemented? What impacts for migrants? How does climate change play into these discussions?
