Marina Sharpe est professeure adjointe d'études internationales au Collège militaire royal de Saint-Jean au Canada. Elle est titulaire d'un doctorat en droit de l'université d'Oxford. Elle est avocate inscrite aux barreaux de New York, d'Angleterre et du Pays de Galles.
